Darius Rucker live Concert + Good Food + Chair Massage = A Really Great Evening!

Workplace Massage & Wellness will be at Darius Rucker and The Backyard Country BBQ with Kendell Marvel, Texas Hill & Hope Cassity this Wednesday 6/29 in Downtown Anchorage.

There will be some great food vendors as well as other fun activities, and chair massage with Yael, Vesna, Pili, and Mike. We look forward to serving y’all there, we will be close to the main entrance.

Friends, clients, class patrons: I do personal training sessions via FaceTime and Skype! Don't let social distancing inhibit your physical activity...

For those who have already paid for the next month of classes keep an eye on your email for a pre-recorded class video in the next day or two 😉

And I do see one on one clients out of my home if you haven't been traveling. We have options folks. No time like having literally every other activity wiped from your schedule to get into the routine of moving from the comfort of your own home. 🤷

Contrary to social pressures, fad workouts and habit--you need very little to get a great workout from the comfort of your own home in whatever amount of space you happen to have! 😃
