Lord, thank You that I am not a mistake, not a failure of design, not someone who turned out wrong, but exactly who You intended to create.

Sometimes I feel like a mistake, like I'm too much or not enough, like something about me is fundamentally wrong or broken beyond repair.

Teach me that differences don't make me a mistake, that struggles don't mean I'm defective, that being uniquely made doesn't mean being wrongly made.

I compare myself to others and think I should be different, but You made me specifically this way, with these quirks, these challenges, these particular gifts.

Help me silence the voices that say I'm a mistake because I don't fit in, because I struggle where others succeed, because I'm wired differently than expected.

Remind me that You see the whole picture, that what feels like flaws to me are part of Your intentional design, that I'm not a rough draft but a finished work.

Give me confidence that I'm not a mistake even on days when I feel like one, peace knowing You created me on purpose, exactly as You wanted me to be.

Let me live today knowing I am not a mistake, embracing how You made me, trusting that Your creative decisions about me were purposeful and good.

We are always excited when our mothers and their babies come visit us. It's precious to cuddle with these little ones. Life is a precious gift from God!

SANCTITY OF HUMAN LIFE EVENT JANUARY 25

Every life is precious, both born and unborn. Individuals, families or church groups are encouraged to come by on their way to or from church to a candle-lighting/prayer vigil on Sunday, January 25, between 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. in Andalusia at the Courthouse in recognition of the Sanctity of Human Life.
Spend a few moments in personal prayer for the unborn, those experiencing the pain of a past abortion and for our country to one day value every human life again.

Sav-A-Life of Covington County is organizing the candle-lighting/prayer vigil in memory of over 65 million unborn babies lost since the U.S. Supreme Court on January 22, 1973 (Roe vs. Wade). Even though the ruling was overturned in 2020, many states have passed legislation permitting abortion – some until birth. Chemical abortion pills are available. Some 3,000 unborn lives are lost each day in America.

Speakers are available for Sanctity of Human Life services in Sunday School classes, church services, or civic groups.
