“I was diagnosed with breast cancer 2014. Then had a reoccurrence 2024. In April of 2024, I had surgery to remove a brain tumor (breast cancer metastasis) and suffered a stroke.

“I was left with left side weakness, numbness and unable to walk.

“When I started with Encore in January, 2025, I was unable to walk much. Now things are much better! I can walk with my walker for extended lengths. Ethan, the Occupational Therapist, has my left arm working better and my overall balance has improved!

“I would recommend Encore because the staff at Encore are so caring! They encourage me to do things I never thought possible. They are like family!

“I enjoy the fun exercises that Riley has me do. She always adds an element of fun to the workout. When Susan works with me, we have been known to dance to Michael Jackson!
