Covington County Drug Court The 22nd Judicial Circuit Drug Court is a judicially supervised, problem-solving court that handles the cases of non-violent substance abusing offenders.

The 22nd Judicial Circuit Drug Court was established to reduce drug related criminal offenses, recidivism rates, and crime as a whole in Covington County, to enhance public safety, and to increase restitution recovery by providing alternative judicial measures for a defined group of non-violent drug offenders.
