Location Highlight: State Theater
This beautiful Art Deco style theater was built in 1945 with special permission from the government because it was deemed necessary for "Home Front Moral". The auditorium with one main screen now has seating for 744 and is available to rent for events.

A flat open rural area, where production can build the back of a house and deck OR using an existing house to build out a deck. The area needs to be clear of other houses and have some trees.

Location Highlight: Woodson Bridge State Recreation Area
Woodson Bridge State Recreation Area is a beautiful oak woodland park nestled along the Sacramento River between Chico and Red Bluff. Mount Shasta, Mount Lassen, and the Trinity Alps loom in the distance. The park is approximately 14 acres and is situated along the eastern bank of the Sacramento River at Woodson Bridge. The park has river access via a public boat ramp with ample daily vehicle and boat trailer parking. Another special feature of Woodson Bridge is the preserve. This dense native riparian forest is a winter home to the Bald Eagle and a summer nest site for the Yellow Billed Cuckoo. .

Location Highlight: Lennox Park
The property was dedicated to the city by the Lennox family to be enjoyed by the locals. This park includes adult and youth soccer fields, solar lighting, restrooms, concession stands, park benches and tables, a playground, and a parking lot. Corning Community Park and Lennox Park are connected by an arched wood and metal footbridge that crosses Jewett Creek.

Location Highlight: Reed River Ranch
Just two hours north of Sacramento, CA you’ll find the Reed River Ranch. This gated 4,000 sq ft. ranch home built in 2021 sits on 48 acres with 2300 feet of Sacramento River frontage. This rustic, yet upscale ranch has many different landscapes. The river wraps around the large beach area and there are trails leading through the oak trees where the deer roam. There’s a large private deck just above the river with great views and a nice place for a quiet romantic sunset dinner.
