Dinner under 490 calories. Fresh mozzarella caprese salad with steak and caramelized onion-stuffed baked portobello mushrooms topped with provolone cheese. The filling was made with fresh garlic (from our garden last year) and fresh thyme. So much flavor, extremely filling, and very healthy. One of our easy go-to low-carb healthy dinners.
