The PHAssociation is hosting a free workshop in Charlotte, NC on March 22, 2025. It is free to attend you just need to register by this Friday. I am attaching the lonk with the registration & more info on the workshop. This meeting is for patients with PAH/PH, their caregivers/family, & medical professionals. Great way to meat others with the same medical condition & to see what is out there that could benefit you. I’ll be there and hope you can come too.

I promised Pom poms & I’ve got Pom poms. We want everyone to feel included at the AnMed O2breathe Walk regardless of their ability. We will also have a tent set up for chair aerobics. If you can and want to walk, but can’t do the entire loop, there is section in the front that is flat & you are welcome to walk the flat section.

Our next PH Support Group Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, March 1, 2025 from 1-3 on the 1st floor of the AnMed North Campus inside the Behavioral Health Entrance. We will be in the Peggy Dean room. Dr. Cruz Morel will be bringing the topic of The Role of ECHOS in PAH Care.

Wishing you all have a Very Merry Christmas! 🎄 Just a few highlights from today. My daughter & I tried the viral photo trend with our dog. Had to use a decorative box lid. The paper didn’t work with our furbaby very well. Tonight we went to look at Christmas lights. Pray you all have a blessed and happy holiday with your family. It’s not about the presents, but about the time you spend with friends and family.

Hello friends. Sorry for the extended absence. This is such a timely devotional. Over the last 5 years I have made numerous friends in the PH Community. They have all been a blessing in so many ways to my patients and myself. I cannot name patients, but so many have been a huge blessing, teachers and mentors that mean so much. Pharmaceutical reps and nurse educators have been so patient and kind while I have learned more about medication, PAH, and the insurance process. Dr. Raval along with the entire AnMed Pulmonary and Sleep office. Dr. Raval and his family are really more like family every day. We have known each other for more than a decade (holy smokes, didn’t realize it’s been over 10 yrs). I love the Raval family. They have included me and my family in their celebrations and life events and I full appreciate them very much. The staff of the pulmonary office have been so kind and wonderful over the last 5 years. I have been able to go to them when I am stuck and have an insurance question or need something patient related. They are really a great group of folks. All of the physicians and nurse practitioners have a special place in my heart. Last, but not least is this PH Support group community. I love you guys. Thank you all so much for all you do and I am looking forward to what the new year brings to our community. Love you all so very much.
