Direct Access is membership based, family medicine focusing on quality, affordable care. Our oath is to patients not insurance companies or administrators.

The patient-provider relationship is our top priority. 🩺

At Direct Access we are truly health that cares about you. Direct Access offers family medical care with unlimited visits, same-day/next-day appointments, and unlimited access to your provider with technology such as texting, e-mail, phone, and video visits all for one low monthly fee. We cut out insurance and deal directly with patients to work for them not insurance companies. Our fees for labs and procedures are readily available and deeply discounted for our members. No hassles, just quality care and real relationships!

Our office will have a delayed opening on Tuesday, January 27th. We plan to open at 1:30 PM with a skeleton crew.

Please reach out to your nurse or provider for availability Tuesday afternoon.

We plan to be back and open for normal business hours starting Wednesday January 28th.

We truly appreciate your understanding as we navigate these weather-related challenges and prioritize everyone’s safety.

OFFICE HOURS

Starting Tuesday, December 23rd at 5pm we will have an experienced Physician Assistant taking calls and messages for URGENT issues. ALL texts and calls will be sent to the Physician Assistant who is covering for our entire staff and Providers during the closure.

FULLY CLOSED:
Wednesday, December 24th
Thursday, December 25th
Friday, December 26th
Saturday, December 27th
Sunday, December 28th

Our regular office hours will resume Monday, December 29th. 🗓️

FRIENDLY REMINDERS:
⭐️ The on-call Physician Assistant can help with URGENT issues but will NOT do any office visits.

⭐️ The Physician Assistant will be UNABLE to refill scheduled pain, ADHD, or anxiety medication during the closure so we want those medicines filled BEFORE the end of June.

⭐️ Our staff and Providers will resume normal after hours call Sunday evening, December 28th
