Unfortunately Brittan is under the weather, so our little yogis will be postponed another week to start. She's really bummed but we don't want to germ up any babies.

Happy Galentine's ♥️
I love hosting cozy little events like this. I love yoga and feeding people and I love the people that come to yoga and let me feed them. I love making little decorations. I love it all and it fills me up to be able to love on people in this way, so thank you all for showing up and enjoying the morning with me.

And a special thanks for Bloom Madison County , because my brain did not work this morning and they saved the day with their kitchen. ♥️♥️

Whattt?! New class alert?! Kids Yoga starts on 2/19?!

I know a couple of critters that are very excited! Just look at their faces 😂

Kids Yoga starts with Brittan on 2/19, Thursday nights at 5:30pm!

Ages 2-5 welcome to join, parents can enjoy a cup of tea and visit, or just stare off into the void for 30 minutes.
