Our amazing friends .events are graciously hosting TFR on September 4th @ 7pm for an hour DREAM (maybe a lil’ spice 🌶️) in their gorgeous new addition, The Lounge. Our first pop up post studio, so come out in full support and be together in the raddest community that we’ve missed seeing every day!

Just said my final thank you. 🙏🏼 not a goodbye, just a thanks for holding and building the best community in the upstate!

Thank you again for all the calls and texts. I’m hibernating a bit, being with family and grieving the space.
It wasn’t for lack of anything other than the cost of EVERYTHING.

I’ve had a lot of spaces reach out and for now, I’m focused on our retreats and future pop ups to continue to be with our amazing community. Our work is not done 🙌🏼🪩

Forever grateful to every single one of you that walked through our doors. This was the most beautiful experiences—as challenging and demanding as it was, the growth I personally gained is untouchable. Even more valuable is LEADING and being WITNESS to YOUR GROWTH—UNTOUCHABLE.

We did the damn thing 🤌🏼💅🏻

I write this message today with a heavy heart. After some time, deep consideration, and a whole lot of energy, it is in our best interest to close the doors of The Flow Room.

Opening a small business is a big feat and we did it with a lot of passion and even more purpose - and for that I am so very proud. Our goal was to build community (that’s you!) and to offer yoga movement and concepts in way that wasn’t being done in this area - we did both those things with authenticity and heart. As we all know, unfortunately sometimes that isn’t enough.
We’ve done all we can to keep our doors open but with price increases, community engagement events, even changes to software systems, yet we still come up short.

There comes a point where we all stand at crossroads in life and for me that crossroads now is my family and my well-being (in various ways of the term) - and this business. I will say, this is one of my biggest yoga lessons to date of living my practice off the mat and learning to choose to honor my myself now by closing the doors. I know you all can understand that - and for that I am so grateful for your support and grace.

Our last day of studio classes will be 7/31. Please come out in full support. All memberships will be closed on 7/31.

Our retreats are still ongoing and we will be offering a virtual option between Callie and I, along with live classes you can join from anywhere—all that to be announced soon.

We’ve BUILT something really beautiful here that goes beyond four walls. I truly believe that and trust it. Let’s not lose it. If I learned anything it was how much you guys craved good yoga. I’m HONORED. Truly, all of us teachers to have held you in the space. I’m sorry we couldn’t continue but we’re bigger than 4 walls!

PLEASE know this was NOT an easy decision, and I fought with everything I had. Let’s make this the BEST WEEK YET.

Thank you all for your support, your movement, your breath, your hearts. I am forever changed by this experience.
