This 12 week program begins APRIL 6TH, 2026, and is open to all cancer survivors.

You’ll work with one of our Inner Strength Fitness oncology certified trainers to:

- Build Strength and endurance
- Increase flexibility and balance
- Boost confidence and self-esteem

Two group options available to fit your schedule:

Monday and Wednesday, 11 a.m. - Noon
Monday and Thursdays, 4-5 p.m.
