Meet Mendi, our amazing BCBA at the school-aged center! 🎓 She started her journey at Purdue, diving into Consumer and Family Sciences, and later earned her Master’s in ABA from Ball State. Mendi’s passion for understanding developmental disabilities led her to ABA, especially after a family member was diagnosed with autism. 💙

Mendi’s heart lights up seeing every bit of progress her clients make, whether big or small. When she's not making a difference at work, she's enjoying life with her husband of 20 years, their 4 kids, 2 adorable goldendoodles, a serene koi pond and some lively chickens! 🐶🐔

Beyond her family, Mendi loves singing, playing the piano, and has recently taught herself to sew! 🎶🪡 Her favorite part about TGP? The wonderful family vibe! 💫

+ ABA is a scientific approach to change behavior. 👨‍🔬
+ ABA does not mean 1:1 discrete trial instruction only
+ ABA can be used 1:1 and in groups! 👩‍🦱👨‍🦱👩‍🦰👦
+ ABA is a broad umbrella of teaching methodologies and intervention methods. ☂️
+ ABA can be broken down into three basic teaching methodologies for children with Autism and related developmental disabilities: discrete trial teaching, incidental teaching, and verbal behavior teaching.

Meet Savannah, our amazing BCBA at the early intervention clinic! 🎉 She’s a proud Ball State alum, earning both her undergraduate degree in psychology and her Master’s in ABA there. Her journey into the world of ABA began during her internship, where she fell in love with the field.

Savannah’s passion shines through as she witnesses the incredible progress her kiddos make. She cherishes the bonds she builds with her clients and feels fortunate to see their adorable faces every day. 💙 The joy of seeing families thrilled about their children's growth is what makes her work truly rewarding.

Exciting news—Savannah recently tied the knot and welcomed a furry friend, Bucky, who just turned 1! 🐶 Originally from Pendleton, she’s back in Anderson, enjoying life with her new family. In her downtime, she loves diving into a good book and playing with Bucky.

Savannah’s favorite part about TGP? The amazing relationships with her coworkers and the strong bonds they’ve created. Fun fact: she has two half-siblings and seven step-siblings!

We’re beyond lucky to have Savannah as part of the TGP family! 🌟

Meet Ryleigh Goodwin, our amazing BCBA at the school-aged center! 🎉 With a strong foundation in Speech Language Pathology and a passion for ABA, Ryleigh’s journey began at Ball State University, where she earned her Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis, focusing on Autism. 🌟

While facing a brain tumor in her youth, Ryleigh was inspired to help others, leading her to speech therapy and eventually discovering her love for ABA at TGP. The most rewarding part of her job? Witnessing the incredible progress her clients make—not just in data, but through the heartfelt stories shared by parents, doctors, and therapists. 💪❤️

In just under 3 years, Ryleigh has moved from non-RBT all the way to BCBA, proving her dedication and passion for her work. She also brings valuable experience from our early intervention facility.

Outside of work, Ryleigh recently achieved a milestone by buying her own house, where she lives with her adorable puppy, Bailey, and two cute kitties! 🏠🐶🐱 In her downtime, she loves shopping and baking up a storm.

Ryleigh's favorite part of TGP? The incredible support system and witnessing the daily progress of our clients. We are so proud to have her as part of the TGP family! 💙
