Did you know that October is AAC Awareness Month? AAC stands for Augmentative and Alternative Communication which includes multiple ways individuals communicate outside of vocal communication.

At Conduct Curb, we believe all individuals have a voice. One of our main goals with each learner we work with is to teach them the best way for them to communicate, whether it’s through pointing, an electronic device, a writing board, a picture exchange system, the list could go on!

Andrell works well with learners of all ages and has a natural ability to connect with them. He takes the time to build strong, trusting relationships, which allows his learners to feel supported and motivated. Andrell continues to grow as an RBT as he asks questions, implements feedback, and is always up for a challenge.
