Meet our RBT Spotlight, Sarah!! Sarah brings her heart into work every single day. The care, patience, and genuine compassion she shows her clients does not go unnoticed—it’s felt in every small moment, every success, and even in the tough times she navigates so gracefully.

She doesn’t just run programs—she truly connects. She creates a space where her client feels safe, supported, and understood, and that is something that can’t be taught—it comes from who she is. The way she celebrates their wins, stays steady through challenges, and continues to show up with kindness speaks volumes about her dedication.

This work isn’t always easy, but she handles it with so much strength and heart. Thanks for your hard work, Sarah!! 💜💚

This one’s for ALL the moms! 💐

The autism mamas who fight, advocate, celebrate every milestone, and never stop believing in their child. The RBTs, BCBAs, and therapist moms who love their clients like their own. And the friends, grandmas, and village moms who hold everyone else up. Happy Mother’s Day — you are the backbone of everything we do. 💚💜

Learning to share space, follow routines, and engage with others—these are big skills.

In our preschool prep classroom, we support each child as they build confidence navigating group environments while continuing to grow their independence and communication skills. 💜💚

There’s something powerful in the everyday moments.

After practicing and building this skill over time, one of our clients is able to wash his own dish independently—a meaningful milestone that reflects his hard work and progress. Tasks like this might seem small, but for many children diagnosed with Autism, mastering Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) builds confidence, autonomy, and real-world independence.

At our center, we focus on supporting each child as they develop skills that carry into everyday life—one step at a time. Because independence isn’t just a goal—it’s something that’s earned through persistence, support, and growth. 💜💚

Policy Matters in Indiana

Decisions made by policymakers aren’t just about budgets—they shape the daily lives of individuals with autism and their families.

These policies determine:
• Access to ABA therapy
• In-home and community supports
• Waitlists for critical services
• Opportunities for independence

Recent changes in Indiana include limits on therapy, shifts in provider funding, and stricter eligibility requirements. While aimed at controlling costs, these decisions can reduce access, delay care, and impact quality of life.

Supports like respite care, employment services, and behavioral therapies aren’t optional—they’re essential.

That’s why advocacy matters. Your voice helps ensure policies support—not limit—the autism community.
