Job Opportunity: Dedicated Personal Care Aide (PCA)
​We are seeking a patient, energetic, and experienced Personal Care Aide to provide one-on-one support for a high-energy young man with special needs. This is a consistent, full-time role designed for someone who thrives in an active environment and truly enjoys making a difference in someone’s daily life.
​Schedule & Compensation
​Days: Monday through Thursday (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)
​Hours: 11-hour shifts (e.g., 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
​Total Weekly Hours: 44 hours per week
​Pay: Competitive hourly rate + guaranteed 4 hours of overtime (1.5x) paid weekly.
​Key Responsibilities
​Active Engagement: Providing constant supervision and engaging in high-energy physical activities (walks, outings, sensory play).
​Daily Living Support: Assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and light tidying of the young man’s immediate environment.
​Behavioral Support: Implementing established routines and positive reinforcement strategies to manage high-energy behaviors.
