Starting January 1, 2026, CVS Caremark will take over as the pharmacy benefits manager for the State Health Plan (PEBA).

✅ We’re proud to be a preferred pharmacy for the State Health Plan! That means you can continue filling your prescriptions with us—same co-pays, same friendly service, and no extra steps.

💡 Important Note: Even though your new card will say CVS Caremark, you are NOT required to use a CVS Pharmacy. You can still choose to fill your prescriptions right here at Oaks Pharmacy, and we’ll take care of everything.

💳 New cards will be sent out before the end of the year, but don’t worry—we’ll be able to look up your new info in January if you need help.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR FOR STORM ASSISTANCE! 🗓

Starting Tuesday, October 8th, a Disaster Survivor Assistance Team will set up at Anderson Library to help you follow necessary steps after the storm! The team will walk the public through how to start an application process with FEMA and answer any remaining questions homeowners may have.

The DSA will be open from:
Tuesday- Saturday (10am-6pm)

We know a lot of our community and patients are still without power, and a lot had to throw out food. We would like to open up the office Thursday morning for bagels, coffee and a charge! Come by, charge your your phone and have a bagel with us! Or just come by and get out of the house.
