It’s 3am on my lunch break getting my workout in. I’ve been back at it consistently all these past 5 weeks and proud I stuck with it during the busiest time of the year. I look back at this year and it’s had a lot of ups and lessons that needed to be learned. Some heart breaks loss of loved ones. But it’s all part of the journey. I’m not where I want to be but proud of myself for sticking with my most important goals this year with was more emotional and mentally than anything else. I will continue to do the same in the new year and beyond. Physically I’ll continue to put the work in and not focus on getting back to where I once was but surpass that and do better. I was reminded recently to relax and take things one step at a time. It’s hard sometimes when you have to start over, you want to just pick up where you left off but it dosent work like that. I wish all of you the best in the upcoming year and hope and prey you all have a great year. Much love and happy new year.
