So incredibly grateful for our team. 🩷
They have been busting their butts all season showing up early, staying late, handling the tough jobs, and doing it all with heart and professionalism.
Between generous holiday tips, gift cards, well-deserved bonuses, homemade baked goodies from clients, and a client who took time out of their day to come to our shop just to hand-deliver thank-you cards and gift cards for the crew… my heart is completely full.
And then to end the week with a message from one of my employees thanking me for being their boss...that one hit different. 🥹💗
Moments like this remind me why we do what we do.
It’s more than cleaning. It’s trust, relationships, and being appreciated for honest, hard work.

Today my team walked into a situation that was hard and overwhelming, and they handled it with professionalism, care, and compassion, just showing up and doing the work the right way.

Seeing spaces like this restored reminds me that what we do truly matters. Sometimes cleaning isn’t just about appearance; it’s about giving someone a safer, healthier place and a fresh start.

I’m also deeply grateful for the clients who trust us with this kind of work trusting us to walk into difficult situations and handle them with respect, discretion, and care.

💪🩷 Today I am beyond proud of this team of ours.

They walked into one of the most extreme biohazard environments we’ve faced so far, conditions that most people would not be able to handle.

They suited up, worked safely, stayed professional, and did not stop until the job was done right. No shortcuts. No complaints. Just teamwork, grit, and pride in their work.

This is not easy work.
This is not glamorous work.
But it is important work, and this team shows up every single time.

Handy Maids LLC is only as strong as the people behind it and today, they proved just how exceptional they are.

Today didn’t go quite as planned. We started the day scheduled for an extreme clean in Noblesville, but had to reschedule it for a later date. Be sure to be watching for that soon. 👀

Thankfully, we have an amazing team that didn’t miss a beat, they immediately pivoted and headed over to a post-construction clean in Frankton to help get a construction mess cleaned up.

Adaptability is part of the game in the cleaning industry. Things can change in a matter of minutes, and how you respond makes all the difference.

Grateful for our hardworking employees and the understanding, supportive clients who make days like this possible. 💗✨
