DIVA Become the Difference Dynamic Intense Victorious Accomplished Bootcamp style training for women. Yoga, strength training, resiliency and flexibility trainers-TRX Empowering women and girls to be your best.

I started this bootcamp designed to challenge and encourage women to work hard for what they want. In order to be the best, Become the Difference. Dynamic, Intense, Victorious, Accomplished- With over 13 years of fitness certifications, I just added a yoga cert and a mindful resiliency for veterans and family training. Looking forward to May and getting it in for myself. Been working on lots of projects and sleeping in. It is time to do a little more self-care maintenance in the working out department.

We all have to learn when to taper off in certain areas and focus and then when to re-engage. Women don’t balance. We do whsy is necessary to achieve what is required and we move on to the next thing. The sooner you realize this, the sooner you can STOP vicious cycles of self-doubt that plague women that I coach.

Your superpower is learning when to do what and to not burnout. Know your limits and be GREAT!
