- What an amazing way to end an incredible work day/week yesterday . Tonight I had the opportunity to listen to these wonderful women share their stories and experiences as female entrepreneurs and as woman taking up space and learning to ✨LIVE✨, find thier passion , and most importantly find themselves.

- Thank you to our incredible fitness instructor for hosting such a beautiful event. Tears were shed, hearts were open, minds were expanded, and souls were inspired. Thank you to the speakers who allowed themselves to be vulnerable enough to share their stories.

TMJ (temporomandibular joint) — is the joint that connects your jawbone (mandible) to your skull, right in front of your ears. When people have TMJ disorder it typically involves problems with the jaw joint and the muscles that control jaw movement.

Common TMJ Disorder Symptoms:

• Jaw pain or tenderness
• Clicking, popping, or grinding sounds when opening or closing your mouth
• Difficulty opening your mouth wide
• Headaches or ear pain
• Facial soreness or tightness

Common Causes:

• Jaw clenching or teeth grinding (bruxism)
• Stress or muscle tension
• Injury to the jaw
• Arthritis in the joint
• Poor posture
