My ten minute rule: you can do anything for ten minutes. Set a timer. Today I replaced my flowers (that arguably took a little more time because I had to go to the store, but let’s just say I did my ten minute rule twice), dusted and vaccuumed the office and changed my plug in. That ten (or ok, maybe 15 minutes) has already made my day 10 times better. What can you do for ten minutes to change your whole day?
