Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all situation.

At Merrimack Valley Psychological Associates, we understand that all patients have their own unique and personal needs. It is this individualism that inspires our treatment methods.

Our team is comprised of licensed clinicians who are well versed in a wide range of different types of counseling methods. It is not about what we are most comfortable with, but what our patients need. We adjust our style in order to meet our patients where they are, both mentally and physically. Their goals become our goals and we work at their pace to achieve them.

Our priority in all of our sessions is to provide a safe space, free of judgment. We strive to promote trust by learning from one another and so that our patients feel supported and cared for in the most difficult areas in our lives.
