Our souls are enriched by the struggles in our lives, creating opportunities to grow, awaken and ignite healing. As we look at our struggles through the eyes of the soul, we discover wisdom and philosophy to help guide us on our journey. As your soul rises, you will begin to heal and find more joy. Your divine truth resides within your brilliant, loving soul, your eternal spiritual director. Imagine what it would feel like to know your soul and your purpose in this life. I incorporate educational classes and intuitive and mediumship sessions to guide you on your healing journey. My Soul Inspiration sessions aim to connect you with the power of your soul and cultivate this relationship. I also provide channeled meditations and writing from my soul and spirit guides to help you heal. Dear Instagram Friends,

Although Mother's Day is meant to be a happy occasion - a celebration of appreciation, caring, and love - for those who have lost their mother or for mother's who have lost a child, this is a difficult day. The pain of grief is ignited on any holiday or special event. Do you struggle with believing in yourself and that your voice matters?


This has been a lifelong struggle for me, and was born from a million little things along the way. I work hard at letting go of this limiting belief. For the most part now, I do ok, but it creeps back in - and sometimes, so easily. It has helped me to find a beacon to remind me of my value. For me, this beacon is Mary Magdalene. Who is your beacon?


Mary chose to believe in herself in powerful ways that are admirable to me. She stood up and voiced the teachings she believed in when others were still afraid. She believed and trusted in her ability to communicate with spirit. She believed in her voice and spoke up among men who did not want to listen - just because she was a woman. I wonder what it took to stand in her power and believe in herself. (These are my beliefs about her and I am not suggesting you need to believe this too)


Now, each time I find myself wavering, afraid to show myself, doubting or silencing myself, I think of my beacon and little by little, these self limiting beliefs are being erased by my soul.

Who is your beacon guiding you to believe in yourself?


Believing in yourself is to me, the foundation of the whole you. When you achieve this, all aspects of life become a little easier.

Often when journaling, I begin by posing a question. I write this question as if I am speaking directly to my soul or spirit guides. It always amazes me how without fail, the answers are revealed. I love the imagery of the soul expanding....you can think of it as an expansion of love spreading out further and further all around you. If we expand in this way, it becomes so much harder to focus on negativity....How do you want to influence the world around you? How far can your light expand?
