Lyndsey enjoys walking alongside each client as they face their own challenges and obstacles in life. She will work together with you to help create solutions that work uniquely to your own journey and to take
the steps needed to get you where you want to be. Lyndsey sees clients ages 10+ and has specialized training in perinatal and maternal mental health, as well as experience working with clients with anxiety,
mood disorders, bipolar, PTSD, trauma, life transitions, parenting strategies, self-esteem/confidence, empowerment, chronic illness/pain, wellness, stress, financial issues, and relationships. Lyndsey is trained to do EMDR Therapy both in person and virtually.

Complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD) presents uniquely in each individual, with potential symptoms encompassing emotional dysregulation, relationship challenges, negative self-concept, chronic health problems, and intrusive memories. C-PTSD typically stems from prolonged or repeated traumatic experiences, such as childhood adversity, domestic violence, or emotional abuse. As a trauma-informed and EMDR-trained therapist, I provide a secure and supportive environment for individuals seeking to process past traumas and initiate their healing journey.

As you venture into the journey of healing your inner child, remember that this can take time and be difficult to process. Practicing self-care could include: journaling, writing a letter to your younger self, setting boundaries, expressing your needs, coloring, and going to therapy. EMDR Therapy can be very helpful to process past trauma and any triggers you are experiencing as an adult that you want to work through. I am trained in EMDR Therapy; message me for more information.
