A beautiful day in Sanctuary sharing the wisdom of Black Cohosh from root medicine to flower essence. We harvested a cultivated volunteer plant, replanted three crowns and had enough root to make a small amount of tincture. We also planted 9 plants. A blessed day! , , , 🌿💚🌿
