5:30pm class will be a true beginner’s series. 7:00pm will be all levels class.

I always say that if I am not teaching at Lehighton, I’m probably not teaching because I love living in the community where I teach. I love it when they win and it really hurts to see them hurt.
Please consider donating. I have taught all three of these young men and they are great people.

Thanks to my yoga community for supporting our local shelter. There are some great dogs there and some wonderful volunteers. We raised $320, a few bags of food, collars, dishes, shampoo, and a soft cone that looks like a donut. 🍩 you all are the best!
