One of our residents has spent years putting together beautiful puzzles alongside our staff and friends here at BeeHive Homes. At the request of Resident Council, we spent the day framing those special creations and transforming his hallway into a puzzle gallery filled with memories we cherish together. New resident move-in prep was in full swing today 💛🏡Three of us were getting the showroom picture perfect… and one of us was locked in a life-or-death battle with a pillowcase the entire time 😂🛏️

Did she eventually win?Yes.Did it take the whole video?Also yes. 🤣

Every team has that one coworker… and honestly, we wouldn’t trade her for the world. 💛🐝 Teamwork makes the dream work — even if one pillow fights back a little harder than expected.

Today we had the honor of welcoming James Parks with Care Patrol to BeeHive Homes as he sang the National Anthem for our residents during lunch. 🇺🇸❤️ His beautiful performance brought smiles, memories, and a room full of pride. Nobody sees the 2 AM check-in. Nobody sees the gentle repositioning, the patient repetition of the same answer to the same question, the quiet sitting with someone who is afraid. Nobody sees the invisible work our caregivers do every night in every BeeHive Home across Texas.

But this family saw it. And they named it. They called it “sacred work.” A son recently wrote us a letter about the care his father received during the final months of his life. It is the most honest, most generous thing a family has ever given us. And we are sharing it with the world.
