We'll be at two convenient locations:
📍 Railroad Flat Community Center (298 Railroad Flat Rd, Railroad Flat) from 10 AM - 12 PM
📍 Blue Mountain Coalition (364 Main St, West Point, CA) from 1:30 PM - 4 PM

Most insurances, including Medi-Cal and Medicare, are accepted. No insurance? The cost is just $30.

Services are available for all Native patients, and non-native children under 18, and adults.

Please bring proof of insurance and ID.

Sonora Medical is Moving! 🎉

Get ready for an even better experience, Sonora Medical patients! We're thrilled to announce that we'll be closing this Friday, June 20th, to move into our new, fully remodeled, and larger clinic at 905 Morningstar Drive!

Please note that while we're moving, we won't be seeing patients at our new location until June 24th.

This new building means more space and a refreshed environment to better serve your healthcare needs. While the clinic will be closed for in-person visits on June 20th and during the move, we'll still be taking your calls to answer any questions or concerns.
