I came across a new study on neck pain and headaches that honestly surprised me:

✅ Young women had the highest rates of headaches-This one was not a surprise.

❌ But the 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘 MRI degeneration a person had… the 𝗟𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗟𝗜𝗞𝗘𝗟𝗬 they were to have severe headaches

That’s the opposite of what most people — and even many clinicians, would expect. It shows again that what we see on a scan doesn’t always match what someone feels.

This is exactly why at Move Chiropractic we don’t jump to imaging unless it’s truly necessary. We focus on what improves your function, movement, and quality of life — not just what shows up on a picture.

Partly because our building has the cell reception of a concrete bunker.
Partly because... I'm a one man operation and I just don’t like being on the phone.

I do have an automated text response that comes through on every missed call though, which takes you straight to my booking page, if that's what you're looking for.

This process also helps me w**d out that it's not somebody trying to sell me a car warranty or the newest piece of medical equipment that cures a list of conditions that's 10 pages long.

I don’t have 10 offices across the state. Just one.

Right here in Angier NC. That means when you walk through our door, you’re not a chart. You’re someone we might run into at the park, the grocery store, or in downtown Angier.
