I absolutely love cooking (preparing) food with my clients! Meal Prep doesn’t have to be hard and it doesn’t have to result in 50 labrled containers in your fridge. It’s about learning how to do food combinations, how to make adjustments to recipes, and taking the fear out of learning something new.
We made several types of hummus, and several different fat bomb recipes. It was a great 2 hour session!
