Plants do more than just sprus up our home! Studies show that humans feel a need to connect with nature. Being exposed to greenery is shown to improve mood and overall life satisfaction. Looking at plants and being among them has been shown to reduce anxiety levels. Caring for plants and gardening boots creativity as well as improve focus and motivation.
Take time to spend with some plants if you are feeling down!
