How are you speaking to your body? You can not out run the dialogue in your head.

Is it saying ….????
“I’m fat”
“I’m too old”
“I can’t do that”
“I’m ugly”
“My teeth, my hair”
“I hate… about myself”
“I’m stupid”
“I suck”
“I’m not good enough”
“I’m not lovable”
“I’m only worthy if I accomplish….”

Vulnerability time. I have said everyone of those things to myself. In fact I still do sometimes. I am re-writing the conditioning I have been exposed to. The body doesn’t lie… and it holds on to the words we say, hear, feel, think. Yes even the things you never say out loud (“because no one would understand”), your body knows!

Many dont realize that the weight on our abdomen isnt just the diet you chose its the thoughts you think. Constipation isn’t just because you’re dehydrated or deit related, it’s because you haven’t released the past, you are literally holding the past in your abdomen.

Health and wellness are far more spiritual than many have ever believed or been willing to admit!

Let me ask you this!

Who do you get to be when you speak to yourself with love and compassion?

What do you chose to say to your body? With intention what gets to shift!

Love yourself! 🫶 you deserve it! 💕

If you know me, then you already know the other facets of what happens around here..
if you don’t know me well then here ya go.

Almost two weeks ago my father in law reached out asking if I’d take 4 orphaned kittens in because mama was hit in the road.
So here we are on the road to healthy, vibrant lives!
3 girls, 1 boy. A couple with my goopy eyes and upper respiratory infections but they are on the mend.

They came in feral but couldn’t resist some extra love on the journey. They are spunky, sweet and a bit demanding when it’s time to eat!

Whole soul wellness is all about healing people and animals .. and together in the healing process we all heal.
Animals offer an added layer to healing that even people can give. 🫶
