Happy spring, lovelies! One of my favorite times of the year is the Cherry Blossoms' bloom back in Washington, DC. In the spirit of these beautiful flowers, the flow this week focuses on gentle growth and movement.

This week's class theme connects to the friendly challenge happening at Valkyrie Society on Wednesday night. Duos will be competing and celebrating each other's strengths in a variety of different elements ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

In the yoga studio, it's going to be a little more chill, but we're keeping the vibe of recognizing the many different ways we are strong and have come on top in the face of our own challanges ๐Ÿฉท

New blog post! Talking about the amazing support I have gotten from Valkyrie Society and showing off their new yoga space! I have joined the Valkyrie team as a yoga instructor but Chelsy has been kind enough to let me use the space for any private sessions too!

I am teaching a class this Wednesday at 5 PM and Saturday at 8 AM $10 drop in!

This is really happening, and I am so incredibly lucky to have a village of people supporting me as I go on this adventure. One of those amazing people is Chelsy, the founder of Valkyrie Society - an all womenโ€™s weightlifting gym in Ankeny. I will make another post about my personal reflections

First yoga class at is tonight at 5:30! I've been absolutely spoiled by Chelsy and this intimate studio space. She's made sure that everyone is covered and welcome with these awesome mats and props! Loving this golden hour sunlight coming in through the windows too ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿฉท๐ŸŒž
