One of our nutrition coaching clients came to us wanting to tone up. We did a fairly brief deficit phase before starting his reverse diet and working cals up. We’ve continued to stay toned through this reverse, metabolism is on fire, and energy is up! He’s stuck to the plan week after week, even while traveling all over the country for work. We cannot wait to see what the future holds for him! Great work my friend!

One of our nutrition coaching clients came to us wanting to lose weight after having her second baby. She had tried a few things on her own but couldn’t get the weight to budge. She has been following a macro based approach to her nutrition and follows the plan every week. Best part is that she’s done this with 2 young kids under the age of 3! She has made her health a priority and her kids will thank her later when she’s able to keep up with them, have more energy, and show them how to live a healthy lifestyle. One of our nutrition coaching clients came to us wanting to lose weight. Her normal baseline to begin with was eating about 1,000 cals per day and wasn’t seeing the results she wanted. So we helped her change the style of eating by counting macros and adding in more protein. She lost about 10lbs before we began her reverse diet to work cals up and increase her metabolism. Since then she actually lost 5lbs in the process, is now eating 1600+ cals daily, feels hungry for meals, and in a much better spot for when we start her next deficit phase. Just because you’re 60+ years old doesn’t mean you can’t make lifestyle changes! Cheers to this client for her hard work, discipline, and consistency. The best has yet to come! 💪🏻🔥✨
