I’m conducting a study that involves attending Qigong exercise classes via Zoom. The study will run from January through March, and there is no cost to participate. As a thank-you for full participation, each participant will receive a gift at the end.
Qigong is a gentle, meditative movement practice that may help improve overall well-being — and this study aims to explore its impact on A1C levels.
