In honor of National Children’s Dental Health Month, here are some tips to help keep the young smiles healthy:

- 2•2•2 Rule: Brush twice a day for two minutes and visit the dentist twice a year.

- Make brushing time fun by playing a favorite song or a toothbrush in their favorite color.

- Eat healthy foods and limit sugary beverages.

- Replace your child’s toothbrush every three to four months.
