Thank you to all who registered and supported the 2025 Compass Patient Safety Conference. We appreciate your continued commitment to advancing healthcare quality and patient safety.

After careful consideration, we have made the decision to cancel this year’s event. While we’re disappointed not to gather in person this fall, we are excited about the opportunity to reimagine how we deliver meaningful, action-oriented content in future programs.

We’ve heard from hospital leaders and professionals across our network that a single, high-impact conference each year is a more effective and sustainable approach. In response, we are consolidating our efforts and preparing for a reimagined annual event.

The next Compass Patient Safety Conference & Annual Forum: Learning, Leading, Improving Together will take place July 21–22, 2026 in Altoona, IA. We look forward to bringing our community together for an expanded and impactful experience. Please stay tuned for more information on this event.
