Bunions take the championship 🏆, and they earned it with a dominant performance.

In the early round, plantar fasciitis came out strong 💥. It’s a high-volume condition, shows up in a wide range of patients, and can be pretty painful. It put up points quickly with how common and disruptive it is 👣⚡

But bunions played a completely different kind of game 🧠. They controlled the pace. While plantar fasciitis relies on short-term impact, bunions brought long-term strategy. Progressive deformity, structural changes, and lasting limitations gave them a much stronger presence as the rounds went on 📈

By the second round, bunions started to pull ahead 🏃‍♀️. The inability to reverse the condition without surgical correction, combined with the impact on daily function and shoe wear, made it clear they were the more complex and impactful condition 👠➡️🚫

In the championship, bunions sealed the win 🔥. Plantar fasciitis may sideline patients temporarily ⏳, but bunions change how patients live, move, and function over time. Add in the fear surrounding traditional surgery 😬 and the opportunity for life-changing outcomes with the right approach ✨, and bunions clearly dominated the bracket.
