We’re so proud of the difference our therapy team makes—helping residents regain strength, confidence, and independence. And we’re even more grateful for residents like Kay who trust us to be part of their journey.

When Kay lived in her own home, it was easy to avoid daily exercise. Now at Mill Pond - a PHS senior living community, she participates three times a week in strength and balance class and works out on the fitness machines. 💪 She says this keeps her on her feet and healthy. 🚧 Mill Pond Construction Update 🚧

Things are really taking shape over here, and we’re excited to share the latest progress!

🔨 What’s been happening:
• Second-floor walls are officially set
• Third-floor trusses are in place
• Mockup panel now features a W13 window
• Level 1 punch work is underway
• Second lift of foundation waterproofing is complete
• Storm piping and structures installed on the north end

✨ Fun Fact:
Did you know panelized wood walls are built off-site and can go up in just days? Some homes have walls and roof trusses assembled before lunch on day one! Think of it like LEGO blocks for construction—faster builds, less waste, and better energy efficiency.

Today we celebrate the heart of our ministry — our incredible employees! 💙
For National Employee Appreciation Day, every department and every shift took time to celebrate with food, sweet treats, and everyone’s favorite drinks. It was a small way to say a big thank you to the amazing people who show up each day with compassion, dedication, and a commitment to serving others.
Our employees are truly our most important resource, and we are so grateful for the care, kindness, and teamwork they bring to our community every single day.
