We believe healing does not only happen in our treatment rooms — it continues at home. That is why we are launching a Monthly Self-Care Class at our Ankeny location.

🗓 Every 4th Wednesday of each month
🕧 12:30 PM
📍 Abundant Health – Ankeny

Our first class will be:
Cupping Therapy Self-Care
March 25th at 12:30 PM
Duration: 1 hour

🌿 In this class, you will learn:
🌿 How to safely use cupping at home
🌿 When NOT to use cupping
🌿 How to avoid common mistakes
🌿 How to support circulation and recovery between sessions

This class is perfect for clients who want to take ownership of their healing and prevent recurring pain.
