What you’ll do:
• Greet and assist patients with professionalism and care
• Learn and manage clinic software including scheduling, billing, and records
• Support patients with insurance claims and inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and uplifting environment
• Help streamline clinic operations and contribute to patient satisfaction
• Potential to grow into office manager or community outreach roles
