This past Saturday, our Life Enrichment Director, Cassie, led a Girl Scout cookie sampling for our residents! We also invited a local troop to sell cookies to residents and team members, because who doesn’t love Girl Scout cookies! ☺️

Last Thursday, we celebrated National Wine Day! Residents enjoyed sampling a variety of delicious wines and rating their favorites together. The tasting was paired with a lovely spread of meats and cheeses, followed by delicious chocolates to end the afternoon on a sweet note. ☺️

Carmen’s Flowers, a wonderful local business in town, generously donated flowers to our residents! Everyone was happily surprised with a special flower delivery to their rooms, and the blooming gifts brought so many smiles throughout our community. ☺️

Love was truly in the air at our Death by Chocolate Valentine’s Day event! Residents enjoyed a delicious variety of fancy chocolates, sweet treats, and even chocolate martinis. Earlier last week, they prepared festive Valentine bags to collect their goodies, and our team members passed out Valentines during the celebration. Some residents even shared the love by delivering Valentines to their neighbors!

We also had a wonderful time partnering with FOX Rehabilitation for a fun round of “Love Is in the Air” trivia. Laughter filled the room during our “Guess the Happy Couple” game, where both team members and residents participated. To top it all off, we enjoyed fantastic live music by Richie Lee, making the afternoon even more special! 💕

Last week, our lead culinary team member, Trevor, hosted Trevor’s Treats to help everyone get into the Valentine’s Day spirit! He guided residents through making delicious homemade sugar cookies and decorating them with festive icing and sprinkles. Of course, everyone enjoyed sampling along the way—it was the perfect afternoon filled with laughter, creativity, and time to reminisce. Thank you, Trevor, for putting smiles on everyone’s faces. ☺️💕

One of our amazing team members is expecting, and everyone has been eagerly anticipating the news of the baby's gender! Last week, we hosted a gender reveal party where residents and team members had the opportunity to guess whether the baby would be a boy or a girl. The big reveal... It’s a girl! Congratulations! ♥️
