Although all of our therapists offer virtual (telehealth) appointments as an option, we agree an in-person appointment can also be nice. Don't let feeling lost stop you from making a connection!

Meet Shelby! She is an empathic and skilled therapist who integrates her social work background and training with real life experiences to help her clients work though difficult life circumstances, questions, and trauma. She is currently seeing clients under the supervision of Dr. Sarah Jurkovic as she completes clinical hours required for full licensure.
