Join Mark Harris for cognitive exercises that will allow you to work your brain and have fun! Mark holds his education from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has been a certified personal trainer for over 15 years with expertise in senior health and fitness. His motto is “Life’s a journey – travel well.” Harris applies the analogy of moving a mountain one stone at a time to reach the goal. “It’s okay to start small,” he says.
