A self-esteem journal is such a great therapy tool for parents to do with their children at home. It’s a great way to help children self-reflect, externalize their feelings, and increase positive thoughts. Adults, you can certainly keep a self-esteem journal as well! 🙂🧠💭

I’ve had people ask me why I chose to name my practice “New Moon.” 🌘✨
To me, it was simple. The new moon symbolizes new beginnings; a time to encourage change, as it is difficult to let go of our past. A new beginning is a time for unlimited possibility, a blank page and most importantly - an opportunity for personal growth. Isn’t that something we can all relate to and strive for?✨🌙
