CABB Community Supports is looking for responsible and dedicated Direct Care Staff to join our team. The mission of CABB Community Supports is to provide balanced based care to Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in their homes within the community. CABB provides a variety of services to allow individuals live independently in their own homes within the community with dignity and respect.

Some of the duties include, but are not limited to:

Assistance with cooking
House cleaning
Meal Preparation
Personal Care
Laundry
Companionship
No previous experience required

Weekly Spotlight: Anne Akinfenwa

Anne Akinfenwa, MA, LLP, QIDP; has worked in the human services field for over 20years. She is the founder and CEO of CABB Community Supports LLC based in Ann Arbor Michigan. She has done intensive and extensive work with individuals with Mental illness and Intellectual/developmental disabilities. Anne is skilled in assessing individuals in diverse settings and creating plans of service and intervention strategies for extremely challenging behaviors and situations. She is a dynamic speaker, who brings passion to subjects regarding mental health and well-being.

After years of working in the field, Anne decided to start an agency that provides home care to individuals with Intellectual and developmental disabilities in their home within the community. The mission of CABB Community Supports LLC is to provide the best care, while focusing on abilities and assuring balance based services in conjunction with families and the treatment teams.

Anne joined the Office Evolution (OE) workspace in April of 2019, going from the smallest space to two rooms in the office. The Office Evolution team in Ann Arbor gave great support and provided a environment for CABB and its staff to be a part of the business community. After a year with Office Evolution, CABB Community Supports has moved its offices due to continued employee growth.

Anne is very grateful to the Ann Arbor Office Evolution team for providing its first office space and amazing office support. CABB Community Supports LLC continues to be a part of the local business community due to the relationship with the Ann Arbor OE family.
