Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists was founded in 1994 by Jeffrey Sirabian. Since 1994, PPTS has grown and expanded to 22 locations throughout Southeast Michigan. PPTS provides Sports Medicine care to Professional, Collegiate, and High School Athletes. Our licensed clinicians are trained in a variety of different specialties, such as, Hand Therapy, Vestibular Rehab, Spine, and Women's Health. We take pride in educating our patients along with making sure our clinicians have access to unlimited continuing education to continue to stay at the forefront of Physical and Occupational Medicine.

Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists proudly partners with the Mike Fay Golf Academy, and we’re thrilled to congratulate Mike Fay on being named to Golf Digest’s 2026–27 list of the Best Teachers in Every State!

Today, Mike leads the Mike Fay Golf Academy in Northville, where he and his expert team help golfers of all levels play their best. He also teaches at PPTS’s state-of-the-art TrackMan Golf Simulator, combining advanced technology with world-class instruction.

Shawn has been with since 2004 and has over 20 years of experience in physical therapy. With a background in athletics, he developed a passion for sports medicine and helping athletes recover and perform their best.

He’s a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, certified in MDT, and a Fellow of Applied Functional Science. We’re lucky to have Shawn’s expertise and dedication on our team! 💪

🧘‍♀️ On Saturday, PPTS was proud to be part of Yoga at the Big House at Michigan Stadium, joining over 1,000 community members for a day focused on movement and wellness.
