Dr. Carroll is a highly skilled foot and ankle surgeon dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients. Dr Carroll was born in Rochester Hills, Michigan and has developed a passion for medicine from an early age. After completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Oakland University, Dr. Carroll then pursued his medical education at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine, specializing in podiatry.
