Today I had the most amazing woman in my office.

“I read all the books. I know I don’t need to feel ashamed. I just don’t know how it all works.”


When I said you know so much how do you feel about s*x? 😭

We can read all the books. We can shake our fists at the system that shame us. We can wish our parents knew better….

But we still Need to FEEL safe. And that takes practice

Knowing is not the same as doing.

I’m turning the lights down. I’m letting the music be quiet and the curtains on my second floor pulled. Draping.

I’m talking real life anatomy and real life function. But it doesn’t need to be under fluorescent lights. It can be done gently, with consent.

You get to be safe here while you learn about your body.

Pelvic floor PT is a safe place to learn and feel.

Real healing happens here.
