Wednesdays -6pm
Burns Park
Meet in front of the elementary school parking lot off of Wells St. Lots of shade and grass. Also the AA Civic Band performs free concerts in the park at 7:30 and there is a food truck.
What’s better than yoga, food and live music? Lots of shade to sit under.

What you’re doing or not doing today will greatly impact how your body ages. In order to stay strong, flexible, balanced and have powerful energy, look to your daily habits.

Staying hydrated, moving everyday, strength training 2x a week, stretching daily, having community, eating whole foods daily. Avoiding highly processed foods, getting your sleep. These are all within your control even though some days are challenging.

It’s not about being perfect, or getting back to a weight from years ago. It’s about caring enough for yourself to ensure the life you want to live while you’re here. Age to the best of your ability so you can remain active and enjoy your life on your terms.

It all starts with mindset.

Hey friends, it’s been a while since I’ve been on any social media. It felt good to take a long break and just work on new projects and downshift from the platforms. Now I’m back and excited to share new programs and classes coming in the near future.
I’m busy working on getting yoga certified and will be bringing lunch and learn wellness talks next month.
