What you’re doing or not doing today will greatly impact how your body ages. In order to stay strong, flexible, balanced and have powerful energy, look to your daily habits.
Staying hydrated, moving everyday, strength training 2x a week, stretching daily, having community, eating whole foods daily. Avoiding highly processed foods, getting your sleep. These are all within your control even though some days are challenging.
It’s not about being perfect, or getting back to a weight from years ago. It’s about caring enough for yourself to ensure the life you want to live while you’re here. Age to the best of your ability so you can remain active and enjoy your life on your terms.
It all starts with mindset.
