Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists was founded in 1994 by Jeffrey Sirabian. Since 1994, PPTS has grown and expanded to 22 locations throughout Southeast Michigan. PPTS provides Sports Medicine care to Professional, Collegiate, and High School Athletes. Our licensed clinicians are trained in a variety of different specialties, such as, Hand Therapy, Vestibular Rehab, Spine, and Women's Health. W

e take pride in educating our patients along with making sure our clinicians have access to unlimited continuing education to continue to stay at the forefront of Physical and Occupational Medicine.

Say hello to Komal, our incredible Occupational Therapist at PPTS South Lyon! Komal is passionate about helping patients regain independence and confidence in their daily lives. Whether it’s through hand therapy, adaptive strategies, or strengthening activities, her goal is always patient-centered care with a big heart. 💙

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Komal spending time with her family, traveling, or dancing! She’s a trained Kathak dancer—an Indian classical dance form. Komal graduated from her Kathak program two years ago and continues to learn and perform on stages across the Metro Detroit area.
